Red Bluff

Chapter Leader – Erica Franks

Erica Franks

Hi! I’m Erica, a mom, fiance, and ridiculously motivated (read:obsessive) woman. I currently work for a local foster family agency as the marketing specialist and am also the billing office manager for their counseling department.

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2011 after I had my daughter and fell in love with painting furniture. Since then, I have been a 4 time vendor at the local Roses & Rust Vintage Market, other smaller local vintage markets, and have even traveled to shows in Oregon and Nevada. In 2016, I became a health coach which taught me many things about physical health, but the most beneficial thing it did was give me a passion for personal development and the growth mindset. It also started an interest in marketing and social media management. I have since become an NLP Practitioner and am working on rebranding my furniture business to include media design, consultation, and management.

When not working or obsessed about learning, I enjoy traveling, geeking out on country music singers and songwriters, and maximizing the quality of family time.
